It can be challenging to maintain our mental and emotional health alone. Every person has guardians, ancestors, animals and allies that can assist, support, guard and protect our mental/emotional health. It is essential to call on them, and/or call them back to us to find ways to deal with the tough emotions of sadness, anger, rage, regret and shame.

This ceremony is adaptable to suit what you need. No dogma. It offers a space to explore and enhance your helpful relationships with ancestral and kindred guardians/protectors and ask them how they can help you with the feelings you feel. Quynn drums live for 10-15 minutes for contemplation and to receive needed messages that can enhance your life.

After the private opening of the circle, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded). This circle is included in the Wisdom Within monthly pass (live and recording).
