Online Circle for Tending Trauma and Stress
This online circle is for anyone who is ready to approach their challenges in a gentle and heartfelt way. Together we open a safe circle and call upon an ally who can be helpful in one’s healing journey at this time.
Quynn will offer divination and rattle clearing. Then she will drum for you, to safely access your inner wisdom and support. This process helps you be open to guidance and helpful messages regarding the Spirit of trauma in your body, mind and spirit. Journeying experience is not necessary, but an open mind is helpful.
