In this circle today, I will bring a story from the Caribou Inuit people. It works with their beliefs about the afterlife, the soul and its endless journey. How can we imagine our own death? I will bring seed thoughts with which we can co-create each session together.
In addition to our conversation, we may clear our energy body, do a guided meditation, drumming or rattling to release what needs to be released, prayers for those who are crossing over and those with grief and loss.
I am taking this circle on line to a weekly format on Wednesdays. First and third of the month at 6pm. The other Wednesdays at 5pm.
