Online- Heart Healing for Empaths

Some of you dear Empaths have reached out to me at this time. Our hearts need tender clearing and healing. Emotional self-care is called for. We need to remove anxiety. Boosting our resiliency is of utmost importance so we can keep going and deal with life’s challenges.
You are invited to join me for this online circle and together we will recenter ourselves . I will pull some cards for you, we will do some nourishing activities, and then have meditation.
Video isn’t required and if you are new to Zoom, I can help you with the steps of signing on.
