On this day known for love, let us gather online to tend, listen to and love our hearts with rhythmic sound while connecting with plant teachers in a held space. Have a cup of tea, hot chocolate, cacao or other heart opening plant with you to sip and connect.

This circle offers an opening of the circle, and then Quynn introduces the subject in ways that have unique meaning to each person. After a short guided meditation, Q shares an evocative recorded sound journey consisting of the rhythms of drum, crystal singing bowl, and nature sounds created by Quynn for this circle. ( approx 20 minutes).

Upon return optional sharing is available, and then gratitude is shared to close the circle.

Ways you can benefit during this circle, while safely in your own home:

-Ask for help with an unintegrated past experience with the help of a plant teacher.

-Introduce yourself to the spirit of a visionary Plant Teacher with whom you will be in ceremony in the future.
