We all need healing and tending at various times in our lives.
This monthly circle is offered as an Animist space (where we understand that all is connected within the sacred web of life) for those who are contemplating and practicing their own personal, soul, ancestral “healing”, in company with a kind guide and other seekers. Through community, meditation, divination and intentional introspection through rhythmic intention, you can recruit assistance from within your own inner world. You can be your own healing helper and retrieve and soothe parts of your Soul that can help activate Peace in your life. Quynn is your non-dogmatic guide and your inner allies are your soul helpers.

This circle is open to people with all levels of meditation and journeying experience, if you are a beginner, light instruction will be offered, and then you can dive in and learn while doing. The circle opens with Quynn’s introduction to the subject, light divination and a 10-15 minute rhythmic and nature soundscape for personal contemplation about the subject.

After the private opening of the circle, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded).
