At the end of the week, this online circle is a space to receive Earth honoring soul tending through divination, a guided rattle clearing and a drum meditation with Quynn Red Mountain. We create a circle as Animists and we call upon our ancestors and allies for the help we need in this moment. We to ask the sounds and our intention to help us release bits of our burdens, and also reflect on moments for gratitude. Structured sharing is optional.
This circle can be helpful for those in recovery or are struggling in the current moment. It can also be helpful in remembering that we are all connected and there are reasons for gratitude.
