Change is inevitable and necessary in life. Gracefully moving and shapeshifting with Change can be a challenge, and an initiation. If you are in the middle of Change, or feel a Change is necessary, allow the time in this circle to contemplate the nature of your needed changes while asking for assistance from allies and helpful ancestors.

We do this with our intention and by listening to a 15 minutes soundscape of rhythmic and nature sounds. After the contemplative sound journey, there is an opportunity for optional sharing within the group. Quynn might have helpful insights for those who want them.

After the private opening of the circle, the intro and sound introspection are audio recorded for those who donate and would like the recording (no personal shares are recorded).
