These 30 minute sessions are uplifting energy body balancing (while sitting in a chair) using stones, water mist, rattle and fan clearing plus a live drum meditation for you. We (our guides together with us) help you to understand, clear and balance important energetic power spots in your body, mind and spirit. :)

Quynn has worked with many people over the last 2 decades, and is continually awe filled by the magic that occurs in Spirit Guided sessions, but Quynn is not a therapist or counselor.
