That’s How the Light Gets In, a Heart Painting Session

THAT’S HOW THE LIGHT GETS IN
A Illuminated Journey to the Territory of the Heart
There is a crack in everything/That’s how the light gets in.–Leonard Cohen
For Valentine’s Day, join me in a journey into the depths of the Heart.
Using Intentional Creativity, a mixture of art, shamanic journeying, vision, quantum physics and a lot of glitter and chocolate, let’s bring light to the broken places. We will make a simple, loving painting and learn to access the heart space using the four chambered heart meditation.
The wound is where the light enters you.–Rumi
This workshop is for:
the broken-hearted
the lonely
those in need of self-love
those ready to change their relationship to their heart
We will talk about the energetic field of the heart and ways to create a self loving relationship with ourselves… and make it so by painting it into being.
Watercolor materials provided, although you may bring your art supplies. No artistic experience necessary.
I am still COVID-conscious and will be wearing a mask. Our space is equipped with HEPA filters, and we have masks available for anyone who needs one. If you’ve been searching for a safe and welcoming place to gather with spiritual friends, we strive to provide that environment.
This circle is offered by requested sliding scale of $15-$30 depending on income. Donation can be made to valerie.kravette in venmo or [vafk@yahoo.com](http://vafk@yahoo.com/) in PayPal. Web of Life depends on your donations. Thank you!
If you RSVP and cannot attend, try to notify the facilitator as a courtesy.
