Welcome to this multimedia online 3 part series where we explore non-medicinal methods (movements, actions and states of mind) of creating the Ahhhh! of Trance.

Creating a feeling of trance within the body and mind is a GOOD thing. Altering your brainwaves with the harmonics and rhythms of trance relaxes and heals. A thread that weaves together Animist people is knowing the powers of the “trance state”, which allow the worlds to open so we can perceive what is beyond our everyday 5 senses.

This circle is open to participants of all levels of experience. You are welcome to adjust the methods to suit your body and needs.

After opening the circle, Quynn will share three different natural and simple trance enhancers- sound harmonics (sounding and toning), rhythm (for zoom circles we use recordings of crystal singing bowl, rattle, drum, rhythm music), and simple repetitive movements (rocking, swaying, shaking…). These ingredients open the pathways to the inner world. Being “altered” in these ways is restorative and cathartic, especially when we can be in private at home yet be connected with others.

All people can adjust and activate their mind an body to feel trance. This practice is a wonderful way to relax and activate a ‘feel good’ feeling, while parting the veil between the worlds for guidance and messages.

The three sessions are offered independently, so you can participate in one or all. Each session uses the same format, but is a unique approach to inducing the feeling of AHHH.
