These times of isolation ask us to listen to our bodies. To explore our Embodiment is our quest. Listen to the messages from what Holds you Up and Holds you In!

Our Skin and our Spine are so important for our physical body. They are part of our Ancestors, and they carry much wisdom, health, sickness and pain. Explore any imbalances and feed your wellness in those places, cause you can’t be a physical Human without them!

We will explore with rhythmic sounds and movements (including breathing and stillness) that help us listen to the messages our Spine and Skin want us to know at this time.

No experience needed. All bodies and life experiences are welcome.
