This 8 part series takes you through personal initiatory excursions into your DNA for the reconnection and enhanced awareness that is ready to occur within you. Creative prompts with Quynn, two rhythmic sound journeys (drumming, rattle, singing bowl+) each session , plus any optional rhythmic movements such as shaking/rocking/trancing, guide you within where transformation, insight, beauty, facilitate deep connection.

In each session we will explore one of the following multidimensional energy centers in our bodies that can become portals to access Insights, Images, Visions, Memories and Emotion from the “past”, as well as the “future” in our ancestry and DNA connections. Connect with what is needed for our wellness right now. Visions, Knowings, Healings, Poems, Stories, Ceremonies want to come through us now.
