Tucson- Rhythms & Soup Circle for Liliana’s Birthday

February 21 @ 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm
It is Liliana’s birthday so you are invited to come and connect with us and strengthen our resolve with rhythm for prayer and soul soothing.

During this important time, rhythms of drum and soundmakers can help us release, renew and reconnect. This collective rhythm circle is an opportunity to strengthen our resolve with rhythm (drum, rattle, bell, voice) for prayer and soul soothing, in a group of like-minded Beings (human and spirit). Veggie/Vegan soup is shared after our two rhythm sessions. It is Liliana’s birthday so you are invited to come and connect with her, and us!

After opening our circle, we will share two sessions of rhythm, first for our own clearing, protection and centering, the second for our community and collective strength. For the two sessions, the rhythm will be as long as it wants to be, and the style and feel of each will be unique. When the rhythm stops, we close the circle with gratitude and soup for anyone who want it.

If you have a drum or other rhythm maker, bring it. If you do not, and you wish to participate, we have some to share. The focus of this circle is to learn to listen to your inner rhythm and voice, while also listening to the others around you to create a power-filled rhythm of beats. When we share rhythms and tones, worlds can open up! Beginners to Experienced rhythm makers are welcome to join!

This circle is free, and donations are accepted.
