Reset, Relax, Rejuvenate –Breath, Mindfulness, & Relaxation Circle

In this circle, one of our Soul Medic Students, Aya, will be leading the group through a series of breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Come with your intention whether it be to assist in relaxation, centering yourself, or connecting deeper with your Spirit.
Note: This experience is best when not eating heavy meals 2 hours prior.
No experience necessary.
