This circle is an opportunity to explore your needs to remember, reclaim and/or rehome younger selves (especially youth and teen) who have been lost, hurt and/or neglected due to past lived experiences. There is no expectation that this one hour circle is the time for you to do such important work. You might contemplate your needs in this area for later healing work. You could ask for help from helpful ancestors (human and others) and/or allies of the physical and spirit worlds for the support you need.

We do this with our intention and by listening to a 15 minutes soundscape of rhythmic and nature sounds.
