The ancient combination of consistent rhythm, a focused intention and a sense of expectancy has always aided humans in connecting with our inner worlds and the natural world around us. Every human has such abilities, and with encouragement, and a bit of instruction, it is amazing what can come forth for the journeyer! Your guides can appear in many forms, and speak to you in many ways.

The flow of this circle consists of opening the circle with a centering divination, a wind chime clearing, gently guided meditation ( with crystal singing bowl), a rattle clearing and a live drum journey to listen to your Inner World Allies and Ancestors who want to help you calm, center, and tune in to your inner wisdom. Sharing is optional at the end. All are welcome, even those with no journeying or meditation experience.

Don’t rely on gps, as we are actually behind (west) The Girls Estate Sales on Wilmot and 14th, just south of Broadway. To find us, turn west on the small street 14th, and you will see our building directly behind The Girls. **Our door is on the east side of Building B (B-140) facing the covered parking.**
